ABOUT THE SHOW
A delightfully warm-hearted and funny musical, made famous by the movie starring Twiggie in the Sixties.

Set against the backdrop of the French Riviera, this romantic spoof of 1920s musical comedies tells the story of English heiress, Polly, who is longing for only one thing: a boy friend. Polly's father, convinced any boy who isn't wealthy will court Polly strictly for her financial situation, forbids her to find any suitors which leads to mistaken identity, mirth, mayhem and ultimately love.

Simple sets allowed for a flowing performance uninterrupted by scene changes from a school, to the beach and the carnival. A set highlight was in the final act, a gorgeous moon and pretty little stars twinkling from the sky. The costume palette of perfectly pastel meshed well with the set, while hair and 20’s accessories were perfection.
