Milo’s Wake (written by Margery and Michael Forde) is a tragi-comedy set in an Irish-style pub somewhere in Australia. Milo O’Connor has organised his own wake because he’s a bit down and wants to give people a chance to say something nice about him - and have a bit of a sing-along. But, like all wakes, it also reawakens some family tensions and relives the tragic scene that has affected Milo so badly. Containing some great Irish songs and a little pub band, the audience are very much a part of this show, which will be presented in our end-of-year dinner theatre style. So, it promises to be a good day/night out! Photos: Jo Dentrinos and Penny Johnson
