The list below will hopefully address some of your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about standard seating theatre tickets.
What if I have a wheelchair or mobility aid? We ask that you mention this in your booking. If able, we recommend moving to a standard seat and we will store the chair or aid in a safe place in the auditorium (space permitting). Please come as early as possible to get you into the theatre before there are too many people to move around.
Are there ramps to gain access? Yes, the auditorium can be accessed via ramps on the March Street side of the building. Come to the main door and let us know you are there, if the door is not already open.
What time to do the main doors open? Usually 30 minutes before the show.
Is my seat guaranteed? Yes, however sometimes, when ticket sales allow, we will remove a row of seats and reallocate your ticket to a nearby location. This allows us to provide more space for all patrons.
