Submit a Proposal

​Please use the form below to tell us about the show you are proposing. Our Secretary will then liaise with you further to get all the information we need to assess your proposal.

Please note that: 

• All submissions must have Rights secured (at least in part) before it will be considered by the Committee.
• You should be prepared to speak about your submission at a Committee meeting.
• You should be aware of the facilities at the Richmond School of Arts especially with what we have access to.
• As a general guideline each production is limited to a ten week rehearsal period. Rehearsals are twice a week. However, musicals may need a longer rehearsal period. 
• Producers/directors must stick to the overall budget.
• Plays will need to appeal to our audience.
