Committee Nominations 2026
Nominations will close on the 24th of February.
The candidates will be announced on the 3rd of March, and the election will occur at the AGM on the 10th of March.
It is preferred that you use the webform below to submit a nomination. However, if this is not an option, they may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. All nominations must include all of the elements mentioned below to be valid (i.e. proposer name, proposer contact, nominee, seconder, position), and all nominations will receive an acknowledgement email within 2-3 business days of submission.

All voting members of the Richmond Players are able to submit nominations for all positions on the Richmond Players Committee. There is no limit to the number of nominations a current financial member may make.
The positions are as follows;
All nominations must be in writing (such as post, email or other electronic means, including the form below) and received at least 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The names of the nominees will be circulated to the membership at least 7 days prior to the AGM.
All nominations must be seconded, and at least one of either the proposer or the seconder must be a member of the outgoing (2025) committee.
All nominated persons must be a current financial member, and must have been a financial member for at least a year.
And lastly, any nominated persons must consent to the nomination.
The positions are as follows;
- Director (1 position)
- President (1 position)
- Vice President (2 positions)
- Treasurer (1 position)
- Secretary (1 position)
- Public Officer (1 position)
- Minutes Secretary (1 position)
- Publicity Officer (1 position)
- General Members (Up to 6 positions)
