Your Safety is Our Priority
Richmond Players is committed to keeping our visitors safe. We have introduced a range of health and safety measures guided by the NSW Government to ensure your attendance at our performance will be safe and enjoyable.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow our safety measures and any associated direction from our staff. Please refrain from bringing bulky items to the theatre. This is how your next visit to the Richmond School of Arts will work:
If you're feeling unwell, awaiting COVID test results or recently returned from overseas, please STAY HOME
Get in touch with us as soon as you know you are unable to attend, you can call to let us know up until the day of the performance and we will refund your ticket.
DON’T FORGET your FACE MASK
For your health and safety, we ask our patrons to wear face masks while inside our theatre.
PLEASE SANITISE YOUR HANDS before or as you enter the theatre
Hand sanitisers have been placed around the theatre for your convenience. We strongly recommend you wash or sanitise your hands at regular intervals throughout your visit.
Once inside, PLEASE TAKE YOUR SEAT UNTIL THE PERFORMANCE BEGINS
All patrons are required to be seated in all venues across NSW.
The theatre doors will be open 20 minutes prior to the start of the performance, so to avoid congestion or crowds, please take your seat in the theatre as soon as you enter.
Maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please take note of floor markings to assist in maintaining 1.5 metre distancing. When using the rest rooms, we ask you to adhere to signs and floor markings, and return to your seat for the remainder of the interval to avoid crowding and queuing.
All patrons will be required to follow any/all instructions given by Front of House staff to reduce crowding and maintain physical distancing.
Have your E-TICKET READY
To lower the risk to our community, all tickets will now be sent via email. Please avoid printing them out, simply show your email/ticket confirmation on your phone and the usher will direct you to your seat.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
We will be cleaning and disinfecting all areas prior to audiences arriving.
