FAQ: Accessibility

​Is there accessible seating?
Yes! We ask that you mention any requirements in your booking (such as removing a standard seat, or needing an aisle seat). If desired, you may transfer to a standard seat and we will store your mobility aid in a safe place. We recommend arriving early for ease of access.

Is there an accessible entrance?
Yes, the auditorium can be accessed via ramps on the March Street side of the building. If the door is not already open, please come to the main door (located on W Market Street) and let us know you are there!

Are there accessible bathrooms?
Yes. There is a unisex accessible bathroom with a right hand rail.

Is there any hearing assistance?
Our usual venue, The Richmond School of Arts (Ron Rozzoli Theatre) has a hearing assistance system. It can connect via bluetooth to some hearing devices, otherwise you can request a headset from one of our ushers.
